We do not share any information with any other parties. All of your information remains with Hounds Tooth Marketplace. We respect your right to privacy and understand that you do not want it shared with anyonelse.

What if I want to return an item?

While we hope you will love everything you purchase from Hounds Tooth, we understand at times you may want to return an item.
We do our best to describe everything as accurately as possible. However, if you are not fully satisfied you may return the item and will be refunded the cost of the item. We regret that we can not refund the shipping costs.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We also accept checks and money orders. Please allow an additional 5 days for check processing.

How does Hounds Tooth help animal shelters and rescue groups?
A:
We can work with your group on fundraising events. You promote the fundraiser and receive a percentage of the sales. We offer different programs to valid shelters and rescue groups, contact us at houndstooth@houndstootpa.com for additional information.

When will I receive my order?
A:
We ship our orders within 48 hours. Special Order items require a longer delivery time and is listed within the product information. Our orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex.
